- EXCLUSIVE RGF POSITION -
Position for a global company in Tokyo. This is the opportunity to work in a fantastic environment with top-of-the-market working condition.

職務内容 - The Position:
This is a [People Service business partner] position.
You will work closely with both Japan's local HR and APAC HR in a dynamic environment with a high degree of freedom, to provide the best employee service related to Payroll, benefits and Compensation. In this role, the report line bases overseas, you will also be acting as a core member base in Japan, collaborating with Team in Malaysia. You are expected to be an expert in Japanese labor, proactive and self-driven person.

Your typical day will be like:
Managing On a day-to-day basis related to benefit and payroll, together with team members in Malaysia
Ensure the completion of accurate & timely reporting to third parties including pensions & company benefit
Liaise with other HR functions such as Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Business Partner
Address operational issues following through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
Ensure that People Services process in Japan fulfill Internal Control framework.
Proactively support Overseas Team to identify and implement action plan in case of Internal or External Audit
Participate in continuous improvement and corporate initiatives
Other ad-hoc HR related tasks.

Requirements
Solid years of experience in Payroll, benefits and Compensation
Fluent English and Japanese proficiency
Experience in global company and matrix organization
