仕事内容 •Lead the sour日本就職cing, interpretation, and generation of data for internal and external customers of Access & Value (A&V) Ｏn defined business categories by demonstrating the value of Pfizer products related to outcomes and evidence including Real World Evidence (RWE). Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Business Analytics & Insights (BA&I), DJ , Public Affairs and other stakeholders in Japan internally and externally to leverage and facilitate outcome & evidence data generation and analytics.
•Responsible for designing and executing research projects from a medical and business perspective including the creation of study protocols, case report forms, questionnaires, statistical analysis plans, study reports. The research projects include patient-reported outcomes, and retrospective and prospective observational studies and health economics (providing data to statistical models) to demonstrate the value of products.
•Lead and perform data analysis for RWD projects and manage them with QA/QC.
•Centrally provide and present RWD technical knowledge and expertise, advice and training to all relevant colleagues and external customers. Develop and incorporate materials for A&V, Medical and Business Units’ needs from technical point of view.
•Manage and support local review consultation for RWD with MA colleagues.
•Ensure compliance with corporate goals, policies and procedures and relevant legislation at all times. 企業について

•Academic degree in Public Health (Biostatistics, Epidemiology and so Ｏn) or B.A. in Statistics or Data Science.
•Strong communication and writing skills in English and Japanese.
•Strong programming skills and knowledges of Extract Transform and Load for big data of RWD.
•Strong ability to analyze RWD with advanced methods and knowledge of methods including AI and ML.
•Ability to collaborate in cross functional teams and leadership.
•Scientific attitude combined with a clear focus Ｏn the business.
•Experience of publication Ｏn scientific or medical journal as an author.

Preferred

•Master’s Degree/PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Statistics or Data Science
•Knowledge and experience in statistics, epidemiology, and AI/ML
•Knowledge and experience in RWD analysis using health claim database, electronic health records, large epidemiological or clinical data
